Since 2016, we've pioneered a movement away from rigid, traditional models. Our on-demand, interim roles empower top paralegals and qualified lawyers to take control, allowing them to excel in the profession they love, on their own terms.
More than just a platform for flexible work, we are passionately committed to diversity and inclusion. We lead the way with initiatives like our award-winning Flex Trainee scheme, which places aspiring solicitors from under-represented socioeconomic backgrounds in high-calibre legal teams to gain valuable Qualifying Work Experience (QWE) while offering them the opportunity to access SQE1 and SQE2 preparation and exams. This isn't just about inclusion; it's about actively transforming the legal industry.
In 2024, we expanded this mission by launching Flex CoSec, a dedicated programme to support aspiring Company Secretaries and Governance professionals.
