- Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary

You will be responsible for
- Create product ranges for our stores—from cosy home textiles to stylish accessories and seasonal must-haves
- Collaborate with F&F, our in-house clothing brand, to learn how fashion trends and customer tastes shape what we offer
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, managing contracts, and making sure the right products land in the right place at the right time.
