About The 93% Club
We’re the UK’s first, largest, and fastest-growing network for state-educated people. Think of us as the alumni network state schoolers never got - community, connections, opportunities, and a louder collective voice.
With over 60 student clubs nationwide, a thriving professionals network, and an incredible roster of top graduate employers, we’re on a mission to make state school pride the norm, not the exception.
Now we’re looking for an Account Executive to join our dynamic team and collaborate closely with our Head of Strategic Partnerships to take the charity to the next level.
The role
We’re looking for an exceptional Account Executive to join our growing team and work closely alongside our Head of Strategic Partnerships. This role is perfect for a driven, commercially-minded professional who wants to take real ownership across employer partnerships in a fast-paced, high-growth social enterprise. You’ll play a central part in how we deliver value to our employer partners and grow our impact - making this an outstanding opportunity for someone ready to step up and make their mark.
In this role, you will take ownership of employer accounts, lead delivery of our employer activity, and drive operational and marketing initiatives. Your contribution will be central to the quality and success of client delivery for 2025/26 and beyond.
This role offers the opportunity to work across all aspects of the Club, with a specific focus on our employer partnerships. In particular, you will:
Digital Marketing
- Ownership of our virtual jobs board, uploading and amending employer profiles and active roles on a regular basis.
- Oversee the management and creation of our Weekly “Hot Opps” emails to our student network.
- Creation and management of our “Hot Opps” social media posts.
- Tracking employer engagement stats and reporting on these where necessary.
Employer Account Management
- Own relationships with employer partners as a primary point of contact, proactively nurturing and growing those partnerships.
- Coordinate with employers to schedule events, workshops, and other partnership activities.
- Manage employer accounts, ensuring timely communication and delivery of services.
- Lead the development and execution of employer engagement strategies, identifying opportunities to deepen partner relationships and drive renewal.
General Operational Support
- Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the team, taking initiative on operational priorities without needing to be directed.
- Own the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation to a high standard.
- Manage competing priorities with autonomy, demonstrating sound judgement in both routine and unexpected situations.
- Help streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Champion organisational values, fostering a strong sense of cultural cohesion.
- Embrace versatility; whilst this role centres on partner excellence, the role means happily wearing many hats.
The Process
- 27th March - Applications Close
- 30th March - 2nd April - Virtual interview (45 mins)
- 16th April - Final interview, in-person (75 mins)
