Our Summer Internship lets you experience what it's like to be a trainee solicitor at Winston Taylor.
What you'll do
From your first day, you’ll benefit from comprehensive training, with an induction program that introduces you to our partners, our employees, and our business strategy.
During the Summer Internship, you’ll spend four weeks immersed in two different practice areas, gaining first hand experience under the supervision of our approachable associates and partners. You'll also be involved in socials, networking opportunities, and more. You'll end the internship with invaluable experience and a clear sense of career direction.
Eligibility
To be able to apply for our Dublin Summer Internship you'll need to be in the penultimate year of your degree or beyond.
You will also need to confirm that you meet all of the following criteria:
- Have achieved at least 480 points in your Irish Leaving Certificate or equivalent
- Have achieved, or are on track to achieve, a 2:1 for your degree
- Would be available to start a Training Contract in September 2029 or 2030
- Would be available to attend the Dublin Summer Internship on June 8 - July 2, 2027.
Candidates taking part in the Summer Internship will be automatically assessed for a Training Contract with the firm.
Recruitment process
- Stage one: Application form
- Stage two: Online assessments
- Stage three: Phone interview with Early Talent - this will take place in November
- Stage four: Written exercise - this will take place in December
- Stage five: Interview - this will take place in January.
