Are you ready to shape the future with confidence?
If you are currently in your first year of university, or your second year of a four-year course, and thinking about your next steps, our Discover EY programmes are for you. Join EY for two days and gain work experience in a leading professional services organisation.
At EY, we’re committed to offering opportunities for all. We live in a diverse world and believe our workplace should reflect this. We’ve designed a programme for students in their first year of university (or second year on a four-year course), that will give you the tools and experience to support you in your career journey.
The opportunity: your next adventure awaits
Our two-day Discover EY programmes are designed to give university students insight into a career in professional services and what life is like at EY. There are three programmes to choose from:

The Black Heritage in Business programme is aimed at raising awareness with students of Black Heritage. It allows students to develop their skills and strengths and meet inspiring members of our EY Black Network.
- Discover EY — Women in Business
The Women in Business programme is designed to support students to develop into the leaders of tomorrow in Assurance, Tax, EY-Parthenon or Technology under the guidance of our empowered female colleagues.
- Discover EY — Social Mobility in Business
Our Social Mobility in Business programme is aimed at raising awareness with students from lower socio-economic backgrounds enabling them to learn more about EY, network with inspiring leaders, and gain an insight into either Assurance, Tax, EY- Parthenon, or Technology.
