Are you someone who enjoys helping businesses grow while making a real difference to consumers across the UK?

Which? is looking for a Client Relationship Executive to join our team. You'll be the main contact for a portfolio of Which? Trusted Trader businesses, helping them make the most of their endorsement.

Your role will be to educate, support and inspire these businesses to become Champions of the scheme. You'll build trusted relationships and help reduce consumer harm across the UK. How does that sound for making an impact?

About the Role

You'll spend your time building strong connections with endorsed businesses and making sure they feel valued and supported. Could this be the perfect fit for you?

Key Responsibilities include:

Acting as the main contact for your portfolio of accounts, providing excellent customer service through calls and emails
Supporting endorsed businesses to make the most of their endorsement and helping to retain accounts
Managing any compliance issues to protect the integrity of the scheme and reduce consumer harm
Taking part in your own development and working as part of the team

About You

Proven account management experience
Consistent ability to manage a busy workload
Ability to meet or exceed set targets
Experience of providing value to clients through emails and calls to build successful ongoing relationships

The interview process:

1.5 hour interview including a 20 minute roleplay with hiring manager and a member of Trusted Traders leadership team
