The 93% Club is a social mobility charity for state-educated students. Every September we take over freshers' fairs across the UK to welcome thousands of new students into our community — and we're building a paid team of Campus Activators to help make it happen.

The role

You'll be the energy on our stand — approaching students, sharing what The 93% Club is, and signing up new members, backed by freebies and our freshers spin-the-wheel. It's a fast, friendly, high-energy day, and one of the most rewarding ways to give back to the community you're part of.

What you'll do

Represent The 93% Club on the stand at one or more freshers' fairs
Approach and talk to students, pitch the club, and drive sign-ups toward a daily target
Help set up and pack down, and keep the stand welcoming and full of energy all day
Be a friendly face for state-educated students starting university

Pay & commitment

£105 per day (a 7-hour shift, roughly 9:00am–4:00pm, covering set-up, the fair, and pack-down)
Paid as a freelance/casual engagement — you'll need the right to work in the UK
Sign up for as many fairs as you can — more fairs means more experience and eligibility for our top-fair bonus
Travel isn't covered, so choose the fairs you can reach

Warm, high-energy people who are comfortable approaching strangers in a busy setting
People who believe in the mission — current and past committee members, 2026 grads and students especially welcome
Reliable teammates who'll commit to the fairs they sign up for

Fairs & dates

We'll be attending around 20 universities across the UK between early September and early October 2026. You'll pick the fairs you can get to when you apply (final list confirmed on application).
