You could start in our Retail Bank, helping customers take care of their day-to-day finances by firstly looking at the customer journey. This includes services like current accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as savings and insurance.

Or you could join our Commercial Bank, supporting businesses to achieve their goals. You’ll help build trusted relationships, understand what clients need, and connect them with the right people across the bank so they can access the support and financial solutions that fit.

We offer a range of programme types, including Spring Insight Weeks, internships, work placements, and graduate programmes. Whichever route you take, you’ll be supported through structured learning, plus mentor and buddy schemes, to build skills that will stay with you throughout your career.
