Overview
This internship offers an exciting opportunity to join Hartree Partners’ Talent Acquisition team for a research-focused internship. Interns will support strategic hiring and organisational design projects, working closely with internal data, systems, and market research to support future recruitment planning.
This is not a recruitment/sourcing role, but a structured research and analysis internship well suited to individuals who enjoy working independently and thinking strategically.
Key Responsibilities
You may be involved in:
- Conducting competitor research on organisational structures and hiring trends
- Building or updating internal tools like org charts and interview templates
- Supporting internal systems and data collection processes
- Developing AI prompts or tools to improve data flow in the recruitment process
- Producing presentable outputs to inform hiring strategy and team structure
Required Qualifications
You should bring some of the following:
- Strong research, writing, and data organisation skills
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and general tech comfort
- Clear, concise communication
- Interest in organisational design, HR strategy, or talent analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- Backgrounds in History, Psychology, Sociology, English, or other research-intensive disciplines
- Experience in executive search, research projects, or analytical writing
