Salary: £32,000 + benefits

You’ll start in the field, engaging directly with customers to understand our 'Way We Sell,' and progressively build your capability to deliver strong business results in each rotation.
What to expect
You’ll undertake three rotations, each lasting 9–12 months, across key areas including:
- Category Development
- Revenue, Margin & Growth Management
- Commercial Operations
These rotations are designed to build the capabilities required to meet our future business needs. You’ll also spend time with our Field Sales Team to understand how your work impacts our frontline operations.
Your key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour
- Conduct campaign measurement and engagement analytics
- Support digital marketing initiatives
- Track and interpret data to inform business decisions
- Participate in consumer research
What we expect of you

You will be honest, open, and high in personal integrity. You’ll be able able to work independently and collaboratively, and be confident in presenting and communicating with stakeholders.
You must have qualifications in the below:
- English and Maths GCSE at grade 4 or higher
- An undergraduate (e.g. BA, BSc) degree preferably in:
- Business and Marketing
- Economics
- Marketing
- Digital Business Analytics
- Mathematics
